We take pride in bringing the food, flavors, and tastes of Peru to Chicago", said Don Jaime Bardales recently to the members of the Chicago Archeological Society. "It is wonderful to see so many people, non-Peruvian, take an interest our culture and food".

In August of 2007, Ay Ay Picante helped sponsor a fundraiser for the Chicago Archeological Society.
